To Teach without error

How does one author a reality to contain an office of Teacher without error?  It is manifested by those who saw the error and corrected the error.  Are there persons claiming to be teacher?  Are they erroneous in their office as teacher?  Who determined the error? The Teacher. Meryl Viola Bravo  "The mission of the Magisterium is linked to the definitive nature of the covenant established by God with His people in Christ.  It is this Magisterium's task to preserve God's people from deviations and defections and to guarantee them the objective possibility of professing true faith without error" (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 890).
