The United Effort and Who wins?

There are distinctions in an effort towards a reconciliation of peace and it is intentional that war is not to be the condition of which PEACE will REIGN.

And yet, war offers a consensus of demanding an end to a serious deficiency to relate at a term of declaration amidst various decrees of living amidst the REIGN of OTHERS.

Who reigns in this effort of being UNITED?

To Teach without error

How does one author a reality to contain an office of Teacher without error?  It is manifested by those who saw the error and corrected the error.  Are there persons claiming to be teacher?  Are they erroneous in their office as teacher?  Who determined the error? The Teacher.
