To Teach without error

How does one author a reality to contain an office of Teacher without error?

It is manifested by those who saw the error and corrected the error. Are there persons claiming to be teacher? Are they erroneous in their office as teacher? Who determined the error?

Are there realities about a public consciousness in meeting an efficient grace of being well?
